These terms govern your use of the IronOx Clinic website (ironoxclinic.com) and the medical services provided by IronOx Clinic Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), registered at The Mews, 38 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9LL. By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

We provide private medical consultations, blood testing, and intravenous iron infusion therapy. All clinical services are delivered by GMC-registered doctors. We are regulated by Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW) as an independent hospital. Registration number: HIW/02039RM.

3. Eligibility

• You must be aged 18 or over to book an appointment
• Medical suitability for iron infusion therapy is determined at your consultation — booking does not guarantee treatment
• You must provide accurate medical history and current medication information

4. Bookings and Payments

• The free telephone consultation is completely free. No deposit, card details, or payment of any kind is taken at the time of booking
• If, after your consultation, an iron infusion is recommended, it is charged separately at the full published price via a secure payment link
• You are under no obligation to proceed. If a slot has been reserved for your infusion, you may cancel it before payment with nothing held or charged
• All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable
• Any payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule your free telephone consultation at any time at no cost — nothing is paid at booking
• If you have paid for your iron infusion and need to cancel before the treatment takes place, contact us as early as possible so we can refund or rearrange your treatment
• Any payment you have made for treatment is refunded in full if you decide not to proceed before your infusion takes place

6. Medical Disclaimers

• Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you have a medical emergency, call 999
• Information on this website is for educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice
• Treatment outcomes vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific results
• We will refer you to your GP or specialist services where clinically appropriate

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronOx Clinic Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
