The booked infusion slot is 60 minutes; allow extra attendance time for checks or additional observation. No single visit delivers more than 1000mg. A prescribed 1500mg course requires two separate visits; the same-course top-up infusion is £300. Dr Ros confirms your exact dose and visit plan before treatment.
The telephone consultation is free. Standard infusion payment is due when treatment proceeds. Blood testing is charged separately when agreed, even if you do not go on to have an infusion. Confirm your payment arrangements with the team.
If you have recent blood results (within 3 months), bring them and you may not need further testing. If you need an iron panel with us, comprehensive blood testing is £165 as a separate service.
