Getting to IronOx Clinic from the Vale of Glamorgan
From Penarth (10–15 min)
Head north on the A4160 through Penarth, crossing into Cardiff via the Grangetown link. Cathedral Road is a straight run from there — no motorway needed. You can also take the train from Penarth station to Cardiff Central (8 minutes), then walk or taxi to the clinic.
From Cowbridge (~20 min)
Take the A48 eastbound directly into Cardiff. The road runs straight into the city and Cathedral Road is easily accessible from the A4161. Free on-street parking is available on Cathedral Road and surrounding Pontcanna streets.
From Barry (~20 min)
Head north on the A4055 through Dinas Powys, joining the A4160 into Cardiff. Alternatively, take the Vale of Glamorgan line train from Barry to Cardiff Central (25 minutes), then walk or taxi to the clinic on Cathedral Road.
