Finding us: IronOx at The Mews is at the rear of 38 Cathedral Road. Enter via Sophia Walk Lane, next to No. 40. Drive to the end, turn right, then take the second turning on the right. Park in any of The Mews spaces.

We're open Monday to Friday for consultations, blood tests and enquiries. Iron infusion days are currently limited and expanding soon — get in touch and we'll find a time that works for you.

We're on Cathedral Road in the heart of Pontcanna, one of Cardiff's most accessible locations — close to the city centre, Cardiff Castle, and Sophia Gardens.
Getting here
By car
- From the M4, take Junction 29 (A48M) towards Cardiff city centre, then follow signs to Cathedral Road / Pontcanna.
- Parking: patients may park in any of The Mews parking spaces. Because parking and clinic space are limited, please bring no more than one accompanying person.
By public transport
- Train: Cardiff Central station is approximately 15 minutes' walk, or a short taxi ride.
- Bus: Routes 25 and 62 stop on Cathedral Road. The clinic is a short walk from Pontcanna Street.
